The Real Reformation Day – 500 Years Ago, Today

On October 31, 2017, the Protestant world celebrated the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, commemorating the day Martin Luther’s Ninety-five Theses were posted on the church door in Wittenberg, Germany. The irony is that Martin Luther himself was not reformed at that point. A better anniversary would be today, five hundred years after the Heidelberg Disputation of April 26, 1518.
